Just to say thank you to all of you for the responses to my last post. And to say that I am now pretty much above water again…its like a void I sink into, hasn’t happened that badly or for that long for a long time…but I am almost all the way out of it now.

And going to the Dead Sea tomorrow – which I know will help even more.
