All the tears and frustration were worth it – seeing the surgeon on Monday at 9am at the Royal Marsden.
And she is the perfect one to see – Miss Fiona McNeil – I am happy to see her and it feels right.

Wow, incredibly relieved to hear this. Checked up on who I’m trusting my most precious and treasured friend into the care of … I like the sound of ‘oncoplastic reconstructive surgery and sentinel lymph node training’ though I must find out what lymph node training is.. the mind boggles 😉

Wonderful news!!! And loved Chrissie’s research and comments above. I am also intrigued by the “lymph node training” speciality mentioned in your surgeon’s bio. I’m imagining little “pup nodes” sitting, lying down, giving the lymph node paw, and so on. Hmmmm.
